Daily Dividend Proposal Awaits Vote
The purchase comes alongside a proposed change to Strategy’s preferred-stock payments.
Shareholders are scheduled to vote October 28, 2026, on a proposal for daily dividend accrual, with payments on the next business day.
The proposal would leave dividend rates and total regular dividend obligations unchanged. If approved, STRC’s first payment under the new schedule would be November 2, 2026, followed by STRF, STRD, and STRK on January 4, 2027.
