Bitmine Immersion Technologies to Invest $200 Million in Beast Industries

Bitmine Immersion Technologies (BMNR) has announced a $200 million equity investment in Beast Industries. Beast Industries is a media company led and founded by global YouTube star MrBeast. Bitmine will also implement an innovative digital asset strategy for public market participants and institutional investors.

Thomas “Tom” Lee, Chairman of Bitmine shared his remarks about this investment, “MrBeast and Beast Industries, in our view, is the leading content creator of our generation, with a reach and engagement unmatched with GenZ, GenAlpha and Millennials. Beast Industries is the largest and most innovative creator based platform in the world and our corporate and personal values are strongly aligned.”

Bitmine and Beast Industries Collaboration

The deal is expected to close on or about January 19, 2026.
